CLOSED MON APRIL 29 & 30th. All letters received after 10am on Friday April 26th will be taken to the MTC on Wednesday May 1st. NO LETTER DELIVERY on weekends or Holidays. Free Provo MTC Mail.  Letters received by 10am will be delivered same day or next delivery day if received after 10am or on a holiday or weekend. I can not print letters longer than 2 pages (about 500 words or less please). DO NOT copy and paste any kind of conference talk or other talk as they are ALWAYS too long to print.

Order by 10am Utah time for FREE Provo SAME DAY MTC MAILROOM Delivery Mon-Fri Only, CLOSED WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.  Delivery is to PROVO MTC ONLY; No other MTC locations. Deliveries are done once a day and I usually get to the PROVO MTC mail room between 12pm and 2pm; orders received by 10am will go same day and orders that come in after 10am will go next delivery day.

  •  Your missionary MUST GO PICK UP THE PACKAGE  at the mailroom between 12pm and 6pm on delivery day- they will get an email saying they have a package to be picked up. If they don’t get an email they can still go to the mail room and tell them Heather from called2serve dropped off a package for them today but they never got an email. They can go next day if they don’t make it on delivery day. If the package isn’t picked up by Saturday 1:30pm, it will be taken to the front desk to be picked up there anytime during the weekend.
  • TEXT me at 801.382.7828 if your missionary runs into problems, as I want them to get the package same day! I can not deliver the package directly to your missionary. The MTC is very strict about this, and it is this way with ALL deliveries to the MTC. Once I drop packages off at the mailroom I cannot guarantee a delivery time to your missionary and they are out of my control, but text me if they run into any problems.
    • Orders received after 10am MST (Utah Time) will be delivered the next delivery day
    • MTC mail room is closed on Holidays and Sundays. Open till 6pm Mon-Fri and from 10:30am-1:30pm Saturdays. I am CLOSED weekends and Holidays.
    • You can request a specific delivery day in the “Order Notes” section at checkout
    • Put the missionary’s FULL name and mission if you don’t know their mailbox/unit #
    • Circumstances VERY RARELY (once in 6 years) affect my ability to do deliveries every Mon-Fri; If this ever happens, I will deliver the package the very next delivery day I ONLY DELIVER TO THE PROVO MTC A 
    • Text me at (801)382-7828 if your missionary runs into any problems
  • *Please check your SPAM INBOX for emailed order receipt and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION EMAIL (I manually email these every delivery day once I get back home around 12:30pm-5:30pm). Both emails come from [email protected].*If you set up an account and you login and you see “completed” instead of “processing” that just means that I put the package together and it is ready for me to take it to the MTC on delivery day. It doesn’t refer to your missionary actually receiving the package as I won’t know when they receive it (when they go pick it up).
  • I no longer ship packages due to damaged and lost packages and increased shipping costs.
  • All orders come carefully assembled in a box or in a white mailer bag if suitable. Krispy Kreme doughnuts and Cinnaholic come in the boxes from those stores.
  • I reserve the right to substitute similar items as needed (if items are out of stock at the store), rarely happens.

You may cancel orders prior to my dropping it off at the mail room.

Privacy Policy
I respect your privacy. During the checkout process you will provide shipping, billing and credit card information for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  Following order placement, you will receive email notifications for your order (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX- emails come from [email protected]). The first is your order receipt, and the second is your delivery confirmation email which I manually send once I get back home around 12:30-5:30pm. I do not store your credit card number permanently in my system.  It is discarded once your order has been placed. I will not sell, distribute or use any contact information you provide for any other purpose other than fulfilling your order.
